MoJack Distributors is thrilled to provide our customers with excellent products and customer service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may return or exchange the new/unused items by following the instructions below. You will be required to pay for the return shipping.
Only items that have been purchased directly from MoJack Distributors may be returned to MoJack Distributors. Products purchased through other retailers are subject to their respective returns and refunds policy.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
If you are seeking to return or exchange the item, please contact us so that we can email you the return/exchange form. As soon as we receive the items back, we will refund the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank to process the transaction and make the funds available to you.
